What is the downloadable version?
Pro and Business tiers include a downloadable version that runs entirely on your own hardware. Your voice is processed locally, your data stays on your drive, and there are no per-query costs.
What hardware do I need for the local version?
The installer auto-detects your GPU and picks the best model for your hardware. Minimum: any NVIDIA GPU with 8GB VRAM and 16GB RAM (runs a capable 8B model). Recommended: RTX 3090 or better with 24GB VRAM and 32GB RAM (runs a 32B model for premium quality). For the absolute best experience, an RTX 4090 with 64GB RAM runs a full 70B model.
Does it work on Mac?
The browser version works on any device. The downloadable local version supports Mac with Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3/M4) — no NVIDIA GPU required.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No lock-in contracts. Cancel from your dashboard and your subscription ends at the next billing date. Your data remains available for export.
Is my data private?
The local version processes everything on your machine — nothing leaves your network. The browser version uses encrypted connections and we never sell or share your data. You can view and delete all stored memory from the dashboard.
